We are seeking a warm, proactive, and engaging Nanny to join a lovely family of five. The family has three children, aged 5 to 10, who attend school in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have proven nanny experience, and a background in teaching would be highly advantageous to support the children with homework and learning activities. The right candidate will work alongside the parents, who are very hands-on, supporting the children’s daily routines as needed, while also being able to step up independently when required. The family is informal, kind, and very welcoming. This role will also involve spending time outdoors with the children, exploring, playing games, and enjoying nature.

Duties Outlined but not limited to :

• Occasional school pick-ups
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks
• Supporting childcare routines and general well-being of the children
• Household support and light housekeeping as required
• Organising and facilitating outdoor activities and play
• Supporting children with extracurricular activities and hobbies
• Driving as required for school runs, activities, and errands
• Support in morning if required before school
• Overnight care - Pre- arranged

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a nanny in a private household
• Teaching background desirable to support homework and learning
• Warm, engaging, and proactive personality
• Happy to work in a friendly, informal family environment
• Discreet, professional, and highly organised
• Full UK driving license is essential

• The family are looking for the right long-term fit, so hours and salary are open for discussion. Earlier finishes or later starts can also be considered depending on experience.
