A private family based in Central Milan is seeking a highly professional, discreet, and well-organised Live-out Chauffeur to provide safe and reliable transportation for family members. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring flexibility, including availability on evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

The ideal candidate will be polished in appearance, calm under pressure, and possess exceptional geographical knowledge of Milan and surrounding areas. A proactive attitude, excellent time management, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport family members to and from various destinations including school runs, appointments, events, and other engagements
• Ensure punctuality and full compliance with local traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and mechanical condition of the vehicle at all times (driver’s own vehicle preferred)
• Coordinate and manage all vehicle-related services including MOTs, valeting, servicing, and routine maintenance
• Run errands and assist with tasks such as grocery shopping, banking, and other personal or household-related duties
• Assist family members with luggage handling, door service, and general support during outings and events
• Liaise with airport staff and household team to coordinate and update travel plans
• Uphold a professional and courteous manner at all times, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' professional driving experience (10+ years highly desirable)
• Prior experience in a similar role within a private household or luxury hospitality environment
• Valid Italian driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Familiarity with long-wheelbase people carriers and high-end vehicles
• Advanced or security driving training is an asset
• Strong knowledge of Milan’s roads and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and excellent personal presentation
• Highly organised, reliable, and safety-focused
• Fluency in English preferred
