Senior Sous Chef – Buckinghamshire – Boutique Hotel
We are working with a boutique luxury hospitality venue to find them an exceptional Senior Sous Chef.

Duties outlined but not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Chef Patron in menu development, focusing on locally sourced, sustainable ingredients and the best British seasonal produce
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation that align with Michelin aspirations
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices
- Oversee kitchen operations during busy service, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and wastage to maintain efficiency and profitability.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and an unforgettable dining experience.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a high-end, fine dining kitchen
