We are seeking an exceptional, experienced, and discreet Weekend Housekeepers to join a highly respected private household in Berkshire to ensure 7-day coverage across a beautifully maintained 10-bedroom estate.

This is a rare opportunity to work for a principal who values meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and a calm, polished presence. The Housekeepers will take full responsibility for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation, with additional duties including wardrobe management, occasional preparation of family meals, light personal assistant tasks, and formal household responsibilities such as greeting guests and serving refreshments.

Key Responsibilities

• Impeccable upkeep of all interiors to the highest standard
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management, including care for delicate fabrics
• Household organisation, stock management, and occasional errands
• Preparing family meals when required
• Flower arrangements
• Liaising with other household staff, estate team and contractors
• Assisting with basic care for the family’s spaniel
• Occasional support for events and guests

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar HNW households
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Flexible, proactive, and service-oriented attitude
• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a large home.
• Ability to cook family meals and assist with entertaining when required
• Confident with high-end cleaning products and specialist techniques
• Must hold a valid UK driving license and own car for commuting purposes

Schedule & Benefits

• Typical daily schedule: 8:30am – 6:30pm
