A family of three are seeking a sensitive, experienced Mothers Help/Housekeeper to provide steady support through a transitional chapter in their lives. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who values consistency, emotional awareness, and enjoys creating a warm, well-run home.

About the Role: The position is designed to support the principal finding his feet after a recent bereavement, as well as his three children. The successful candidate will work alongside the family and nanny to maintain a comforting, clean and nurturing environment.

Duties outlined but not limited to:

• General housekeeping: tidying, cleaning, laundry, changing beds, and keeping the home organised
• Supporting the morning school routine and after-school return
• Occasional preparation of simple family meals and children’s tea
• Light errands, grocery shopping, and home organisation
• Welcoming the children home and ensuring a calm atmosphere after school
• Being a warm, steady presence and keep everything running smoothly

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in similar family support roles with strong references
• Discreet, empathetic, and highly organised
• Emotionally mature and confident offering gentle, practical support
• Comfortable cooking simple meals and managing a home independently

Driver with own car preferred (or clean licence and confidence to drive)



Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00–11:00 AM / 2:00–7:00 PM (with flexibility for the right person)

Start Date: ASAP for right candidate

Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 based on experience
