We are looking for a kind, patient, and emotionally intelligent weekend nanny to support a warm and loving family in Bourton-on-the-Water. This is a very special and sensitive role with an emphasis on emotional support, long-term commitment, and building trusted relationships.

The family consists of a father and his three young children — aged 8, 5, and 4 — whose mother recently passed away. Understandably, this is a period of transition and healing, and the right nanny will be someone with a gentle, nurturing presence who can bring stability, care, and joy into the children’s weekends.

Duties outlines but not limited to:

• Sole charge of the children on Saturdays
• Shared care with the father on Sundays (days can be flexible for the right candidate)
• Engaging the children in age-appropriate activities such as:
• Imaginative play, reading, games
• Football and outdoor play
• Gymnastics and physical activities
• Hair braiding and creative time
• Encouraging emotional wellbeing through kindness and consistency
• Supporting the family routine, including light cooking for the children (a confident cook is a plus)
• Willingness to stay overnight on Saturday if needed (note: accommodation is within the family home, not a separate annex or flat)
