We have an exciting opportunity working for a beautiful and welcoming country pub / hotel in the heart of the Lake District (close to Holmrook) for an experienced and customer orientated General Manager.  

The hotel consists of 20 bedrooms, with on average 100-120 covers in the restaurant on a weekend evening.  

You will be joining a tight knit but effective team consisting of the owner, assistant General Manager, kitchen and service staff.  

The venue itself is open 365 days per year with the demographic of guests and customers being walkers and campers due to the rural but stunning location.  

Please note: This position is open to local candidates as accommodation is not provided – you must be a driver due to the location and the potential need to run errands.  

Experience working within a similar role is essential.  

Working on a rota basis with flexibility for longer hours during peak seasons.  

Salary: £50,000 gross per annum.
