We are looking for 3 talented Chef de Partie with a passion for excellence, a flair for fine dining, and a commitment to delivering unforgettable dining experiences. As part of our award-winning team, you will be working in a dynamic, high-energy kitchen serving up to 60 covers daily. Using seasonal menus celebrate exceptional ingredients, including sustainably sourced fish, rare-breed meats, and local produce.

Requirements:

· As Chef de Partie you must have at least 2 years’ experience in a high-end dining establishment.

· A proven ability to run a section efficiently and confidently.

· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

· A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver excellence under pressure.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
