Our esteemed client, a prominent UHNW family based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and highly discreet Tagalog speaking Residence Manager to oversee their seasonal European property in Paris, France - a beautifully maintained mansion primarily used for short family visits (approximately 2–3 weeks per year).


This role is ideal for a candidate looking for a stable, long-term position with a calm and manageable schedule for most of the year, while remaining fully hands-on and available when the family is in residence. You will be responsible for keeping the property in a state of constant readiness, coordinating a small team of household staff (fewer than 10), and ensuring a seamless, five-star experience for the principals during their stays.


Key Responsibilities:


Property Oversight & Maintenance Coordination:


  • Ensure the mansion and its facilities are impeccably maintained year-round
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any maintenance or presentation issues
  • Coordinate and supervise external vendors and service providers (gardeners, pool maintenance, security, pest control, etc.)
  • Monitor all household systems and report or address any concerns promptly
  • Oversee light maintenance tasks or liaise with appropriate contractors as needed


Household Readiness & Team Coordination:


  • Maintain the home in a guest-ready state at all times
  • Supervise and coordinate a small team of household staff (housekeepers, chef, drivers, etc.)
  • Assist in preparation of staff schedules during the family's visits
  • Ensure proper training, presentation, and standards of the team
  • Oversee housekeeping, laundry, wardrobe management, and organization of household supplies
  • Liaise with the kitchen staff to ensure meal preferences and dietary needs are met during stays


Family Visits & Hospitality Management:


  • Ensure the household runs smoothly and discreetly during the family’s stay
  • Provide hands-on support across departments as needed during active periods
  • Coordinate travel preparations, arrivals/departures, and luggage handling
  • Serve as the key point of contact between the family and staff
  • Anticipate and respond to family preferences and requirements with professionalism and discretion
  • Support in organizing small-scale dinners or gatherings as needed


Administration & Reporting:


  • Maintain household manuals, inventories, and checklists
  • Track property expenses and budgets in coordination with the main estate team in Qatar
  • Provide occasional updates or reports to the Principal's representatives or senior estate staff
  • Ensure secure storage and maintenance of all household assets


Candidate Requirements:


  • Experience in a similar role within a UHNW household or boutique luxury property
  • Exceptional organizational and hospitality skills with a hands-on attitude
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and service-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Capable of working independently and managing a small household team
  • Flexible, reliable, and fully available during family visits
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog
  • EU work eligibility or right to remain long-term
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally to Qatar
