We are seeking a Housekeeper to support the Head Housekeeper in a family home of five in Central London. The household is informal but busy, with a small team including a Cook/Nanny and part-time Cleaner. This role is ideal for someone with some previous housekeeping experience who is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment, working under the guidance of the Head Housekeeper.

You will play an important role in ensuring the home is clean, well-organised, and welcoming, while supporting the smooth running of the household. Occasional Saturday work may be required.

Duties outlined but not limited to:

• Assisting with daily cleaning and tidying across the home
• Supporting laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
• Helping to manage household supplies and deliveries
• Working alongside and supporting other household staff
• Flagging maintenance issues and assisting with contractors when needed
• Occasional help with table setting, serving, and light kitchen support
• Supporting the family with travel preparation when required
• Ensuring the home remains well-presented and organised

About You:

• Some previous housekeeping experience (private household experience a bonus but not essential)
• Willing to learn and take direction from the Head Housekeeper
• Proactive, reliable, and adaptable with a strong eye for detail
• Positive and able to work well in a team environment
• Comfortable around children in a family setting
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional

• Role: Junior Housekeeper
• Location: Kensington, Central London
• Hours: 3-4 days per week including one day at the weekend, 9am–5pm
• Salary: Dependent on experience
