We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and experienced Housekeeper/Cleaner to join a friendly and professional team at a large private country residence in Gloucestershire. You will be supporting two other housekeepers and working alongside a wider estate team, including gardeners and a PA. The ideal candidate would be able to work flexible hours with a minimum of 3 days a week and a maximum of 5 days a week .

Duties outline but not limited to :

• General housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and tidying all areas of the home
• Laundry and ironing to a high standard
• Ensuring guest rooms and common areas are kept to an impeccable standard
• Working independently and using initiative to identify and complete tasks
• Supporting the team during events or when guests are staying at the property
• Occasional weekend availability is ideal, especially when the family entertains
• Light errands or additional ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role, ideally in a private household or estate
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of the household’s privacy
• Flexibility in working hours, with some weekend availability
• A full driving licence and own transport is essential due to the rural location

Location: Gloucestershire (Rural – driver essential)

Salary: £20 per hour
