We are working with a boutique luxury hospitality venue to find them a proactive and professional Assistant Housekeeping Manager.

If you have prior experience working to a senior capacity and supporting a housekeeping team, this could be the opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will be hands-on whilst being able to lead a team; have an impeccable eye for detail and standards.
Duties outlined but not limited to:
- Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with hotel policies and health and safety regulations
- Help to manage the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Lead and motivate the housekeeping team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms before arrival
- Maintaining the public and communal areas of the hotel
- Washing dirty bedding, clothing and linen
- Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies

Salary: £37,000 per annum, plus bonus scheme
