A private family of four is seeking a Temporary Laundress to join their fully staffed residence in Central Milan for the next 2-3 weeks, starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete laundry service: washing, ironing, steaming, and pressing
• Expert care of luxury fabrics such as couture pieces, cashmere, silks, wools, and fine linens
• Shoe and leather cleaning, care, and polishing
• Minor garment repairs and alterations (e.g., hemming, seams, buttons)
• Packing and unpacking for travel
• Seasonal wardrobe organization and maintenance
• Hand-washing delicate items
• Coordination of dry cleaning and professional garment repair services
• Collaboration with other members of the housekeeping team as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a private household, luxury hotel, or yacht
• Expertise in using professional laundry equipment, including: Miele FashionMaster (Miele B 4847 with steamer), Miele Rotary Iron (Stiratrice Miele B)
• Strong attention to detail and garment care knowledge

Working Schedule: 5 days a week, 9 hours per day with 1 hour break
